Education means empowerment. Being associated with educational field for almost 29 years I have gained much from students and shared the same. It is only in this line that the Teacher has the chance to bring out the best in the child.Every child has some inherent talent or creativity which must be brought out, inculcating self discipline through example and time to time instructive encouragement, preparing of the young minds and proper channelization and creative activities. I firmly believe in the vocationalisation of education. Those who are not academically inclined should be encouraged to look for alternate medium of education like vocational stream.
